* Education: B.sc degree of a relevant discipline.
* Experience: (6-9) years of Experience in Sales Exporting for Construction or Building Materials (is a must)


Core responsibilities :

1. Developing and managing the annual export strategy
2. Increasing international market presence and increasing sales through effective distribution and customer strategies in identified markets
3. Identify qualitative & Quantitative various markets opportunities for growth of existing or launched products
4. Driving sales and international market awareness through effective promotional and advertising campaigns in selected markets.
5. Participating in international fairs, prepare all the necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions.
6. Providing regular Export Management Reports
7. Maintaining and Negotiating distributor terms and relationships
8. Establishing appropriate pricing models in all chosen international markets
9. Managing and processing all international orders
10. Follow up the production lines and arranging shipments on time.
11. Co-ordinating the logistics and freight for international orders

Language: Must have an Excellent command in both written and spoken English. [French Language is highly preferred]

Computer Skills: Perfect user for Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications:

1. Successful track record in Sales Exporting for Construction or Building Materials
2. Experience and knowledge in the African & MENA market is a strong advantage.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
4. Must be up-to-date on the procedures for delivering goods internationally.
5. Should have knowledge of world economy and customs documentations.
6. Must be able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast moving environment.
7. Excellent organizational, planning skills and able to communicate well and effectively
8. Strong negotiation skills and closing skills
9. Ability to influence a sale and provide quotations
10. Must have exceptional communication skills
