• Project Manager urgently needed for immediate hiring in a reputable holding company in KSA.

    Job Description:
    Accountable for the overall performance of construction projects from a quality, work scheduling, effective resource utilization, productivity and cost perspective
    • Accountable for proper administration and implementation of projects contracts/standards and for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits
    • Accountable for the management of change orders
    • Accountable for developing achievable and cost efficient recovery plans when required manpower schedules, construction schedules, material planning schedules etc.
    • Reviews engineering drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with contractual terms
    • Accountable for the management and performance of subcontractors
    • Ensures that level of quality and safety standards on projects are up to the company and our client standards
    • Encourages a positive work environment on project sites
    • Provides support for the professional development/training of staff reporting directly to him, including conducting performance appraisal of all staff reporting to him

    • BSC in Civil Engineering.
    • Strong technical skills in Civil engineering fields and its standards
    • Excellent interpersonal, communications, problem – solving, and organization skills
    • Strong Project Management skills with notions in financial cost accounting and cash flow management
    • Minimum 8 years in construction / contracting
    • Minimum 5 year experience in GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia
    • Computer literate with working knowledge in Engineering programs
    • Fluent in English (oral and written) – Arabic fluency preferred
