Job purpose:
The purpose of this job is to assist in executing and follow up on all training and development activities efficiently, and ensure that all training and development standards and procedures are successfully applied and met.

Job profile:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in training operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Outgoing personality with passion for people development
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Very good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Good research skills
