Sr. IT Service Desk Required
Skills Required:
Candidate must have 2 years experience on the following skills:
- Strong experience on the following technologies i.e. MS-Exchange, Active Directory, External / Internal DNS management.
- Strong experience on Microsoft System Center
-Excellent understanding of networking basics/TCP/IP.
- Planning and executing large projects like office wide hardware and/or software upgrades, replacing network equipment, migrations to new servers and special software install.
- Must have outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Excellent knowledge on ITIL Concepts.
- Ver good knowledge on Windows Server 2003, 2008 and MS Exchange 2007
Certification:
at least MCSA
ITIL Certification preferred
Job Description:
-Install, configure and maintain Windows XP, 2000, 2003, and 2008 operating systems
- Manage 200+ PC in an Active Directory environment, ensuring that each PC has 100% up-time
- Analyze and resolve problems associated with server hardware and related equipment
- Perform and maintain system backups and recovery procedures
- Perform disaster recovery testing
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows based applications
- Troubleshoot network, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
