System Administrator Required
Skills Required:
Candidate must have 4 years experience on the following skills:
- Strong experience on the following technologies i.e. MS-Exchange, Active Directory, External / Internal DNS management.
- Strong experience on Microsoft System Center
- Familiar with Cisco Networks
- Experience in Infrastructure Solution design.
- Follows and deploys core Infrastructure policies, Maintain SLA and defines drives best practice standards.
- 4 years Hands-on experience on Windows, Storage/Backup ( NAS & SAN ,Tape Libraries )
- Excellent vendor and contract management skills.
- Driving and following company’s Quality & Metrics standards
- Excellent understanding of networking basics/TCP/IP.
- Planning and executing large projects like office wide hardware and/or software upgrades, replacing network equipment, migrations to new servers and special software install.
- Must have outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Well organized. Professional presentation, friendly and outgoing, can do attitude a must. Self-starting and motivated.
Certification:
MCSE, or MCITP and CCNA Required
ITIL Certification preferred

Job Description:
- Install, configure and maintain Windows XP, 2000, 2003, and 2008 operating systems
- Manage 30+ servers in an Active Directory environment, ensuring that each server has 100% uptime
- Analyze and resolve problems associated with server hardware and related equipment
- Perform and maintain system backups and recovery procedures
- Perform disaster recovery testing
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows based applications
- Troubleshoot network, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
- Conduct ongoing security risk assessments including the monitoring, investigation and reporting of security and access violations
- Perform network wide updates, server installations and general maintenance during monthly maintenance windows
- Ensure licensing compliance for software assurance across the organization
- Maintain current knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment and systems
- Review system performance statistics; perform system and network configuration modifications and fixes
- Reporting on system availability, performance and security compliance
- Initiate new responsibilities and help to plan for the future growth of the network
- Establish and implement LAN policies, procedures and standards, ensuring conformance with information systems and objectives
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Assist with Monthly Maintenance Windows scheduled to perform system wide maintenance
