A company working in the field of securities & Brokerage and located in Cairo with many branches all over Egypt seeking to hire experienced candidates for the following:

Job Title:Helpdesk Support.
Job Type: Full time.
Job Location:Down town (Tahrir).
Job Duties:
Major Responsibilities:

Day to day tasks

·Hardware Assembly & maintenance (Pc Installation & troubleshooting).
·Maintain network services such as printing, internet access, and Email access.
·Act as a first level technical support for the company oracle application.
·Give IT technical support for end users.
·Resolve problems related to computer hardware, operating system, software, network and printers.
·Software installation & maintenance (Windows, Office, DB, Support tools, antivirus).
· Coordinate with employees to periodically back up their important data on the home server and offline backup media to prevent any loss of data.
·Network hardware installation & maintenance (SW, Cables, NIC, using Network tools).

Job qualifications:
·Technical support skills and problem troubleshooting is a must.
·Familiar with Internet configuration & Maintenance (ADSL & SDSL).
·Good experience with Symantec antivirus corporation edition.
·Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly.
·Ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment is essential.
·Ability to work in a team. Accurate and patient.
·Microsoft Office skills Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job Requirements:

·Educational level:

Must Hold a Bachelor degree.

·Years of Experience:

Must hold at least 1 year Of Practical Experience in Similar Position.

Any Soft Skills Required: (Personal and Communication Skills)
·Good command of English (written and spoken).
·Very good customer handling skills.
·Very Good Presentation Skills.
