The IT Infrastructure Admin goal is to integrate quality into all of IT Services' business functions. The Quality analyst must also ensure that the provision of products and services meets the quality requirements

Task Assignments
• To provide Desktop and Server administration and support for the GRCB systems located in-country
• To assist in Security Patch and Anti-virus distribution to the Desktop and Server systems located in-country
• To assist in Domain and Active Directory Administration for the systems and users located in-country
• To assist in administration and support Microsoft Exchange and Outlook for the users located in-country
• To provide support for the network equipment located in-country
• To adhere to the appropriate Security Policy and Standards of the bank.
• To ensure monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the performance of all identified critical infrastructure components located in in-country
• Raise and maintain Service Center problem records for root cause analysis and system enhancement to prevent recurrence of incidents

TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Understanding of Group service control standards.
• Ability to handle multiple requests concurrently and create logical priorities and present management acceptable deliveries.
• Good Knowledge of ITIL.
• Good communication skills.
• Mentally alert, can express ideas clearly and have convincing & presentation skills
• Self-confident and respected
• Enjoys communication (verbal & documentation) skills in both Arabic and English languages.
