Qualifications :
1 . B. sc of engineering or computer science at least .
2. MCSA 2003 or later.

6. Solid knowledge about TCP/IP configuration .
7. basic knowledge about routers/switches/DSL configuration

Experience :
0-2 Years of IT experience as a helpdesk or technical support engineer .
Juniors will be better if they have the required skills ,

Work conditions and duty hours :
1.
The official working hours are 9AM-5Pm
2. The personnel shall be requested to to attend tasks after work hours or at weekends without any overtime refund .
3. The personnel shall be requested to attend tasks outside Cairo ; at our oil fields (accommodation and transportation will be our responsibility )
4. The personnel shall be entitled for a mobile phone and SIM card as per management approval ,
5. The basic working office for the 3 personnel will be between our 2 offices in Maadi ,
